Disney+ has reportedly delayed production of the upcoming Cassian Andor series. Production hasn’t even begun yet which is concerning if it is true.

Fans waiting patiently on the Cassian Andor series may have to wait longer than expected. A recent report has emerged stating that the Disney+ series has been delayed. Production was reportedly to begin earlier this year.

Reported by Geeks WorldWide; the series has been delayed due to issues with the current script. A similar decision was made with the Obi-Wan series.

More from Star Wars TV Shows

Geeks WorldWide has reported this an exclusive, so there isn’t any original source to track back to; because they are the original source. No other outlet has confirmed the news either which leaves us in a pickle.

Without trying to sound harsh or disrespectful, Geeks WorldWide isn’t a big media outlet such as Entertainment Weekly, Variety, or Deadline to name a few.

You would think a major announcement like this would come from a much bigger outlet. Which makes us skeptical as to if this announcement is true or some click bait nonsense.

In the outlets defense, as far as we can tell they’re not like some other well-known outlets who make up utter trash in the hope of getting it right one day. We all know who they are.

Right now, we’re on the fence with this news. It would be disappointing to see another Star Wars series pushed back.

Hopefully something official from Star Wars or the Cassian Andor series will be sad fairly son to clarify the facts.
