After rumors on Ahsoka Tano’s character coming to The Mandalorian, another bit of casting news has come out.

The latest casting news for The Mandalorian features a star from The Terminator. No, not that star, but one you will certainly remember.

Michael Biehn has reportedly been cast in Season 2 of the show, according to Making Star Wars. The Hollywood Reporter confirmed the news. While most of the character details haven’t been revealed, it’s said that he will play a bounty hunter.

More from The Mandalorian

Bounty hunters are aplenty in The Mandalorian, considering Mando is one himself.

When we left Din Djarrin and The Child, the two were flying off into the sunset thinking the worst of everything was behind them. Little did they know Moff Gideon was still alive and wielding  weapon with great power.

There are going to be people looking for Mando, but that’s not to say that’s what Biehn’s role will be.

Din Djarrin isn’t squeaky clean. He’s traveled the galaxy and worked with shady characters. His line of work puts him face-to-face with the worst the galaxy has to offer. Although, he does have a code he lives by.

Is that where Beihn comes in?

There’s no way to know if Biehn will be working with Mando or working for someone else to find him. There’s also no indication if this is a recurring role or a one-episode guest star similar to Ming-Na Wen whose casting in Season 1 was a nice surprise, but short.

Along with playing Kyle Reese in The Terminator, Biehn is also known for his work in Aliens.
