Droids and mystery boxes come together beautifully! WDW News Today posted several pictures of the Droid Factory Mystery Crates available at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Florida!
Priced at $14.99 each, you can find these mystery crates at the Droid Depot. For ages 4 and up, the mystery crates design reveals very little.
There is no chart or list revealing which droid might be hiding inside. Honestly, if it weren’t for the Droid Depot logo on the bottom left-hand corner it would look like a regular toy crate.
I suppose this adds more to the mystery of what you’ll find inside but I would have preferred more details. Or at the very least revealing which droid is the rarest to find.
Upon opening the lid a small black bag is inside detailed with the Droid Depot logo. Once you open the black bag you are treated to your own miniature version of building a droid!
Which droid will you find inside a Droid Factory Mystery Crate available at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge?
All the pieces connect easily and once your droid is complete, it can be properly displayed on the lid! In the WDW News Today article, two droids were assembled: C1-4B and CH-83.
Supposedly both droid models are available as wind-up toys! If you love droids, as much as I do, this is an absolute must-have souvenir!
While it might not be the same experience or grandeur of building a life-sized droid with all the bells and whistles, this is still a fun item to own and display! What do you think of these Droid Factory Mystery Crates?
Which droids do you hope to see hidden inside?
