The upcoming Disney+ series, Ahsoka, is all set to feature a brand new galaxy canon to the Star Wars franchise universe. This may also include where several key characters have been.
While there is no specific release date on when the show will be released, we do know that it is set to debut on Disney+ sometime next year, in 2023. There were many rumors that, due to the earlier slot of the year being taken by season 3 of The Mandalorian, Ahsoka will debut sometime later in the year.

Within this brand new galaxy, it’s also rumored that the force will be viewed differently. There will also be some features of certain magic users that have already been introduced as being from there.
A live-action version of Ahsoka Tano appeared in season 2 of The Mandalorian during the fifth episode titled “The Jedi”. There, she is seen to be trying to teach Grogu and help him manage his ways with the force. According to a report by CBR, here’s more about her debut in The Mando and what it means for this upcoming brand new canon galaxy to be further explored:
"“In the episode, after besting Morgan Elsbeth in combat, Ahsoka demanded she reveal the location Grand Admiral Thrawn…Elsbeth has connections to this new galaxy, and it is where Thrawn and Ezra Bridger have been since the events of Star Wars Rebels.”"
