Diego Luna and Pedro Pascal were at the 2023 Primetime Emmy Awards last night, where their respective shows were nominated for multiple awards. Andor, The Mandalorian, and The Last of Us were up for multiple awards. Although Andor and The Mandalorian didn't walk away with any hardware, they have much to be proud of as actors. Luna and Pascal have come very far in their careers and are now two of the most recognizable faces in Star Wars.

During a red-carpet interview, Diego was asked about Pedro, whose arm has been in a sling for the past few weeks from a fall. When asked, "What the heck happened to him?" Diego jokingly answered, "I have no clue, but I'm gonna go talk to him. I'm gonna get him drunk, and we'll solve this". The two are clearly very good friends, which is great considering they're both a part of the same franchise and have taken Star Wars fans and awards season by storm.

On the work front, Diego said that he'll finish filming Andor very soon and is feeling great about being able to celebrate the success of the series at the Emmy Awards. Luna also said a big party is planned after the series wraps filming. When asked whether he wants to be a part of more stories told in the Star Wars franchise, he clearly said, "I don't think so. I'll always be part of it, but the good thing about Andor is that we know it has an ending. It's nice to work knowing there's an ending."

The ending Diego is referring to is Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, where Cassian's story ends when he and Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones) perish on Scarif after retrieving the Death Star plans. It will be heartbreaking for fans to let go of Cassian Andor again for the second time, but hopefully, Season 2 delivers in every way and meets every fan's expectations.

Andor and The Mandalorian are streaming on Disney+.
