Star Wars: Acolyte Season 1, episode 3 is the next entry to the latest Star Wars series. Set in the High Republic, it explores the Jedi Order, the Republic, and more in a different time against the backdrop of a noir-inspired mystery.

The two-episode premiere set up the mystery between twins Osha and Mae, both played by Amandla Stenberg. Both women thought their sister was dead as Mae hunts four very specific Jedi, one being Osha’s previous master, Sol (Lee Jung-jae). There has clearly been a lie set up somewhere as well as something that happened 16 years prior on Osha and Mae’s homeworld of Brendok. Along with all of this, there is the mysterious figure that Mae serves along with her cohort Qimir (Manny Jacinto) that seems to be the Sith Lord at the heart of things. With Mae’s next target being the Wookiee Jedi Master Kelnacca (Joonas Suotamo), Osha and Sol must race with their team to save his life.
