The first Wednesday of June is here, and it's time for another edition of This Week in Star Wars Comics! June is dashing out of the starting gate with something for everyone. From Legends to the original trilogy and a heaping dash of The High Republic, let's dive into what we have this week.

Star Wars #47

Lando Calrissian has done a lot of good. However, he's also done a lot of bad things too, landing him on trial with the Rebel Alliance. While his intel saved Mon Mothma's life, it might not be enough to keep him safe from prison. Star Wars #47 is written by Charles Soule and illustrated by Madibek Musabekov, with the cover art by Stephen Segovia.

The High Republic #8

Force sensitive children are being taken, and the only person that Jedi Masters Keeve Trennis and Sskeer can trust is the villainous Lourna Dee. Once so powerful as a Nihil Tempest Runner, can she truly be trusted to save the life of the Yacombe child Sskeer had been protecting? The High Republic #8 is written by Cavan Scott, with illustrations by Jim Towe and Phil Noto on the cover art.

There are also three hardcovers and trade paperbacks out this upcoming week on Tuesday June 11, so let's sneak peek at these titles.

Star Wars Legends: The Rebellion Omnibus Vol. 2

Look alive, Star Wars Legends fans! Star Wars Legends: The Rebellion Omnibus Vol. 2 is the new hardcover omnibus collecting over 35 comics into one volume! From the Rebels struggling to stay alive after their victory against the Death Star to Luke and Leia pursued by Darth Vader himself, these classic Star Wars comics cannot be missed!

Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi

Collecting issues 1-6, Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi comic adaptation retells the story of the series sharing the same name. Comic adaptations are fun if you wish to relive your favorite shows with new art styles. This series is written by Jody Houser with the cover artist being Phil Noto.

Star Wars: The High Republic Phase III Vol. 1 – Children of the Storm

The first trade paperback from Phase III of The High Republic is here! Children of the Storm collects the first four issues of the mainline series along with Star Wars: Revelations #0. The story follows Jedi Master Keeve Trennis in the aftermath of the fall of Starlight Beacon as the Republic and Jedi Order recover from a horrific loss to the Nihil. The comic is written by Cavan Scott.

That's it for Star Wars comics this week! Check back next Wednesday for another dive into those splash pages. See you next time!
