It's another Wednesday, which means it's time once again for This Week in Star Wars comics. We have two new entries for you. As you probably guessed from the above picture, one is diving back in with the Darth. Then, we follow up and fill in the last year for a hero of The High Republic. Let's get into it.

Darth Vader #43

Jumping into the latest issue of Darth Vader from writer Greg Pak, treason is in the air for the Sith Lord. The Schism Imperial, led by Palpatine's very advisor, Sly Moore, seeks to end the Emperor's reign, posing as one of the galaxy's biggest threats. Only Vader is considering that maybe she's actually right, and it's time for Palpatine's time to end. However, how long can a group of betrayers stay loyal to each other? Along with Pak, the illustrator is Adam Gorham, and the cover artist is Leinil Francis Yu.

The High Republic Adventures #3

What happened to Lula Talisola in the year after Starlight Beacon fell? This is the big question that The High Republic Adventures #3 will answer as we catch up with the Jedi padawan. Also, with her old Jedi Master, Kantam Sy, on the cover, hopefully, we'll see more of what they have been up to. The writer is Daniel Jose Older, and the illustrators are Harvey Tolibao and Nick Brokenshire. Joining Tolibao as the cover artist is Kevin Tolibao. One cool thing is the variant cover is a first-time contributor, Cherriielle, who has been a long-time artist on social media, creating amazing The High Republic artwork and even did a commission for Alyssa Wong and their Jedi character Ruu. There's been a lot of excitement around Cherriielle's gorgeous cover as she crosses from fan to official Star Wars artist.

That's it for this week in Star Wars comics! Check back next week for more here at Dork Side of the Force!
