Star Wars Outlaws: Wild Card launch trailer reveals new mission for Kay Vess

If you enjoyed playing Star Wars Outlaws -- or even if you're not quite finished with your current playthrough of the video game -- the fun is far from over. There's a new DLC available, offering players more time with Kay Vess and further immersion into this side of the Star Wars universe.

Star Wars Outlaws: Wild Card, released officially today, is a story pack sold separately from the base game (or included with a purchase of a Season Pass for the game). According to the new launch trailer for the story pack, players will join fan-favorite Lando Calrissian on a new mission on behalf of the Empire.

Ubisoft has clarified that in addition to purchasing or acquiring Wild Card, players will also need to first complete both the Gunsmith and The High Roller quests from the base game in order to access this new story.

Once those quests have been completed, all you will need to do is interact with the holotable inside the Trailblazer in order for the events of Wild Card to begin.

Star Wars Outlaws is a fun, challenging, and rewarding game for anyone who is intrigued by the complex inner workings of the crime syndicates of the Star Wars underworld. You're going to interact with a variety of criminals, from the Pykes to the Hutts, and even Crimson Dawn. This new story simply expands upon everything you already love about the game and gives you more opportunities to interact with different characters and settings.

If you haven't played the game yet, you'll have to go through the base game first as mentioned above before you can give this new story a try. But it's a lot more fun than you might think, and it helps that it's beautiful to look at too.
