March is rolling along. The weather is getting warmer. We're dodging those spring showers that you hope for if you live where I do as the pollen count kicks up. It's a perfect time to find a nice spot under a shady tree, pick up your favorite comics, and sink into a galaxy far, far away.

This Week in Star Wars Comics is Legacy of Vader #2.

Meeting Vader's old helper Vaneé at Fortress Vader, Kylo Ren continues to search for answers about his grandfather's past. The quest takes him to Tatooine, the birthplace of Anakin Skywalker, seeking more information about how and why Anakin became Vader to help Kylo Ren learn how to kill the past.

One thing that Kylo discovers was a point of "news" a couple of months ago. Thanks to previews of the comic, the internet went wild thinking that Darth Vader had taken revenge on his once master. Not Palpatine, but Watto. However, it's already circulating that this did not happen.

Normally, I would not share a minor spoiler like this in This Week in Star Wars Comics. This article is supposed to be a preview of the weekly comics book that are released, teasing what you, the reader, might want to check out and why. However, I love how wildly wrong everyone was. Don't we know comic book rules of "No Body, No Death?" While we at Dork Side of the Force are guilty of doing this too, especially when "news" comes from reputable sources, it's a good reminder that we should wait for the source material come out before jumping to conclusions.

The Legacy of Vader #2 is written by Charles Soule, the illustrator is Luke Ross, and the cover artist is Derrick Chew. March is also Women's History Month, and there is a specialty Rey Skywalker variant cover by artist Betsy Cola for this issue.

That's it for This Week in Star Wars Comics! See you in the splash pages!
