EA has announced new free Star Wars: Battlefront content coming tomorrow, as well as what we can expect in the future.
Sigurlina Ingvarsdottir, senior producer of the game, wrote a piece on the official EA Star Wars website about the free content coming tomorrow and future expansion packs (via Polygon). The schedule for the expansion packs reaches all the way to 2017.

If you purchase the Season Pass for Star Wars: Battlefront, even more content will become available in the coming months. Below is a list of the expansion packs through 2017.

You can also purchase each pack separately, if you don’t want to spend a big chunk of money on a Season Pass.
If you’re a Star Wars: Battlefront fan, all of this should be exciting news. I’ve heard some gamers complain there’s not much to this game, so hopefully the expansion packs and free content will solve that issue. We’ll probably see new Heroes and Villains, as well, which will diversify the playing field.
However, if you still have complaints or concerns, keep letting EA Star Wars know.
"In addition to the free content we will be delivering through March, we will continue to listen to our community throughout the year and provide updates designed to make Star Wars Battlefront even more fun for everyone."
