The official Star Wars Twitter account has released, today, eight all-new Rogue One posters. Each poster is an individual character poster, and they all have one recurring theme: The plans to the Death Star is written across each face, in a neon green light.

"From Lucasfilm comes the first of the Star Wars standalone films, “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story,” an all-new epic adventure. In a time of conflict, a group of unlikely heroes band together on a mission to steal the plans to the Death Star, the Empire’s ultimate weapon of destruction. This key event in the Star Wars timeline brings together ordinary people who choose to do extraordinary things, and in doing so, become part of something greater than themselves. In theaters December 2016."

Let’s start with the heroine of the film, Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones):

Jyn Erso. A checkered past. A greater cause.

Next is Captain Cassian Andro (Diego Luna):

Cassian Andor. An intelligence officer for the Rebel Alliance.

Here we have the blind spiritual warrior, Chirrut Îmwe (Donnie Yen):

Chirrut Îmwe. A warrior monk with faith in the Force.

Next is Baze Malbus (Jiang Wen):

Baze Malbus. Soldier. Friend.

Here’s Bodhi Rook (Riz Ahmed):

Bodhi Rook. Former Imperial pilot who’s seen the light.

K-2SO (Alan Tudyk)

K-2SO. Reprogrammed to fight the Empire that made him.

Saw Gerrera (Academy Award Winner Forest Whitaker):

Saw Gerrera. Resolved to win the fight against the Empire.

Finally, the Empire’s man in charge of the Death Star, Director Orson Krennic (Ben Mendelsohn):

Director Orson Krennic. Cruel. Brilliant. Obsessed.

I have got to say, these posters are visually striking, and I absolutely love the fact that Lucasfilm decided to display the plans to the Death Star across each of their faces.
