When do Rogue One Tickets go on Sale?

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is a mere month and a half from premiering in theaters worldwide, yet we still don’t have official confirmation when Rogue One tickets go on sale. But now, we may have a tiny clue, as to when this will happen…

The very first standalone Star Wars film, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, will hit theaters worldwide on December 15 and 16. However, we still don’t have any sort of official confirmation as to when Rogue One tickets will go on sale.

Today, thanks to website Starwarsnewsnet.com, we may have some semblance of a clue as to when we can expect Rogue One tickets to go on sale to the general public. The site caught wind of a San Diego, California newspaper, the  Seaside Courier, that talks about an event that will feature a screening of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story on December, 15.

"On Thursday, Dec. 15, the City of Carlsbad will host a special VIP advance screening for all ages of the new movie “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” before the film is released to the general public, at Regal 12 Carlsbad at The Shoppes at Carlsbad at 7:30 p.m.Tickets are $20 and will be available for pre-sale on Nov. 5 at the Epic Teen Nights: Movie in the Park event from 4 to 9 p.m. Tickets will then go on sale online to the general public beginning 7 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 7."

If this report from the Seaside Courier is factually correct, in regards to Rogue One tickets being made available to the public on November 7, then this could be our first clue as to when national theater chains will open their websites for advance ticket orders.
