We are a mere 45 days away from the very first standalone Star Wars film, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, and in a new Rogue One photo, Jyn Erso is leading the Rebels…
Entertainment Weekly recently shared a new Rogue One photo of Felicity Jones’ character, Jyn Erso, at the head of a group of Rebels, as they prepare for battle against the Empire, as it appears they are listening to someone speak, possibly toward the end of the film. In that vein, Rogue One director Gareth Edwards spoke to EW and had this to say about the ending of the film:
"“The thing every [filmmaker] typically struggles with is ‘How does it end?’ But we knew how our film was going to end. Our problem became ‘How do we reverse engineer from that and know where to start?’ You’ve got a finite number of options and you go through them all like a puzzle to find the one that’s going to lead to the strongest result.”"

As you can see, the only recognizable characters in this new Rogue One photo are Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones) and Bodhi Rook (Riz Amed), but as I mentioned above, it does appear as if someone is giving the Rebels a speech before they go and face the Empire.
