Star Wars: Episode VIII Rumors and Information on Laura Dern and Benicio Del Toro’s Descriptions

It has been a while since we’ve has any sort of substantial news in regards to Star Wars: Episode VIII, but thanks to a new report, we’ve got some exciting descriptions of Laura Dern and Benicio Del Toro’s characters in the film…

Trusted website, Making Star Wars, has just released a report from one of their trusted sources that described the looks of both Laura Dern and Benicio Del Toro in Star Wars: Episode VIII. Let’s start with Del Toro, shall we? According to the site, its source describes Del Toro as a classic “man in black.” His character wears all black and is dangerous. He is clean shaven with hair similar like that of Poe Dameron from The Force Awakens.

"“It doesn’t appear the heroes see del Toro as a bad guy, at least not at first. We think he’s connected to the casino set we talked about some time ago. On paper, it sounds a little close to Lando Calrissian in The Empire Strikes Back but before you panic, there are some details we’re still working on that make that appear to a bit of a stretch. We’ll have more to report on Episode VIII’s “man in black” in the future.”"

Laura Dern is described as aristocratic and fancy. Her look is unique, nd MSW compares her look to somewhere between The Hunger Games-meets-Star Wars. Dern’s character wears a fancy dress and her hair reminds us of a prequel era look. The defining detail Dern’s character is her pink hair.

There still isn’t much to share on what MSW describes as a jumpsuited Kelly Marie Tran and her role in Star Wars: Episode VIII, or how she ends up tangled up with Finn in their shared story. But the site does note that her look is almost the opposite of Dern’s character. She’s normal looking and her situation is supposed to be very cool.
