Defend the Throne, which launched for players of Star Wars: The Old Republic, today, features all-new adjustments to the game, which is something players have been asking for since the expansion’s release, and now, the BioWare team is responding. Here’s the trailer for the first update:
"Rally your troops for battle as rivals, traitors, and rogues alike seek to challenge your rule in Knights of the Eternal Throne. Whether you’re fighting alongside allies in five new Uprisings or proving your combat mastery in Master Mode story Chapters, the time has come to DEFEND THE THRONE!"
The Defend the Throne update will feature:
- A galaxy full of new enemies, uneasy alliances, and unlimited possibilities
- Five new uprisings
From the darkest corners of Coruscant to the sandy shores of Rakata Prime, players will prepare their crews for battle as new enemies rise up across the galaxy to challenge their rule.
- Master Mode’ difficulty for story chapters
Players will take their story to the next level with Master Mode, a new and challenging combat level available for all 25 Knights of the Fallen Empire and Knights of the Eternal Throne Chapters.
- Stalwart Leader Cartel Pack
Players will be able to bolster their defenses with the game’s newest gear, which will include never-before-seen armor, vehicles, and weapons. Items include the new Silent Warden Jedi robes, the Resourceful Engineer’s Armor, and the Dread Behemoth tank.
