(Video) Kylo Ren attacks the Resistance (and fans) at New York Comic Con
When Star Wars: The Last Jedi hits theaters on December 15, Kylo Ren and the First Order will be facing the Resistance, and fans at the New York Comic Con got a little taste of what that would look like…up close and personal…
It’s all fun and games until someone pushes the wrong button. At this year’s New York Comic Con, Lucasfilm hosted the Star Wars: The Last Jedi Experience, where fans were able to walk into a First Order controlled area, guarded by First Order Stormtroopers, and were allowed access to First Order computers where they mashed buttons with glee and saw their faces pop up on the screen. But, when that happened, a select few fans were targeted as wanted, and all kinds of craziness broke loose. Check it out:
As you can see, alarms go off, red flashing lights alert the Stormtroopers that persons wanted by the First Order have been spotted, and the area goes on lockdown. But, just then, the Resistance steps in, led by the courageous BB-8, and they begin to usher the wanted fugitives to safety.

Not so fast! Just then, the lights go out, and Kylo Ren steps in. You can tell the Master of the Knights of Ren is in no mood to lose another battle with the Resistance, and he quickly uses the Dark Side of the Force to subdue two members.
However, our fugitives escape with the help of the remaining Resistance members and the day is won for the good guys!
Some pointers, if I may, for the next time you do this experience, Lucasfilm. When the lights go dark, have Kylo Ren step out and ignite his saber like Darth Vader did in Rogue One. That would most certainly strike fear in the hearts of those pesky Resistance fighters…or at least it would look cool.
