Star Wars: The Last Jedi Chinese trailer gives us a new look at Canto Bight.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi is less than two weeks away, now. It’s hard to believe that I am actually typing those exact words. But, here we are.

We’ve been treated with a wide variety of trailers, television spots, and behind the scenes videos over the past several weeks, which has given us our fix, holding us over until December 15.

New to the mix is The Last Jedi trailer Chinese trailer, check it out!

Off the bat, we are given some critical scenes and narration from the previous film, The Force Awakens.

"There’s been an awakening, have you felt it?"

The focus is on Rey, where we are reminded of her importance within a galaxy far, far away.

"Kylo Ren: She’s strong with the Force. Untrained, but stronger than she knows.Snoke: Bring her, to me."

It may be stating the obvious, but Rey is going to be the catalyst and central venue for telling the story arc of The Last Jedi.

I’m convinced that Rey is the one who will bring Luke Skywalker back to the fold, healing his broken heart.

Could she also aid in redeeming Kylo Ren? Or shall I dare say it, the other way around? Nevertheless, The Last Jedi is sure to provide some shock and awe around the heroine of the new trilogy.

Canto Bight

Welcome to the casino city of Canto Bight. A place where exotic aliens, captivating creatures, and other would-be high rollers are willing to risk everything to make their fortunes.

More from Dork Side of the Force

The trailer gives us a new look at Canto Bight, with those very “high rollers” interrupted by a pack of “fathiers.”

There’s no doubt in my mind that Finn, Rose, and the mysterious D.J. are responsible for this intrusion, with the trio reportedly undercover inside of this Star Wars “Las Vegas.”

The final new footage we receive is a squad of Resistance fighters, who have some A New Hope Alliance vibes.

It reminds me of Saving Private Ryan, with these soldiers risking it all, within the trenches of Crait.

Now just 11 days away from the world premiere, hopefully, we can go into The Last Jedi 100 percent, spoiler free.
