The Last Jedi Blu-Ray to be released on April 18?
Star Wars: The Last Jedi hasn’t been in theaters a full weekend, and yet, a new leak suggests the Blu-Ray of the film will be released on April 18, 2018…
One of the periods of waiting a fan must go through after seeing their favorite film in theaters, is the wait for the release of that film on Blu-Ray/DVD. Since The Force Awakens in 2015, and Rogue One in 2016, fans have put themselves through the ringer trying to guess when each film would be available to bring home and make fine additions to their Star Wars collections. The same will most likely happen with The Last Jedi unless there’s a good reason it won’t.
Thanks to a leak from a German website, FNAC, it appears as if we now know when Star Wars: The Last Jedi will be available for purchase on Blu-Ray. And that date is April 18, 2018.

Now, we can’t take this website’s word as the final and official confirmation, as that will come from Disney/Lucasfilm, at the appropriate time.
For comparison, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story came out on Blu-Ray on April 4, 2017, with the DVD released a week before in March. Before that, Star Wars: The Force Awakens came out on Blu-Ray on April 5 of 2016.
There’s also the fact that Solo: A Star Wars Story hits theaters on May 25, 2018, putting the Blu-Ray release of The Last Jedi just outside of a month before the new film’s release on April 18. This is probably the earliest we’ve seen a rumor or leak of a Star Wars film’s Blu-Ray release date, so take this all with a grain of salt.
