Rogue One: A Star Wars Story will be leaving Netflix in January
If you are looking to binge some Star Wars films this winter, best to do so sooner rather than later. Rogue One will be leaving Netflix in a matter of weeks.
For some, this may come as no surprise considering Disney+ has been the talk of the town as of late. Sadly, Rogue One A Star Wars Story will no longer be on Netflix beginning January 18, 2019.
According to Decider, “there’s still no expiration date on the title’s page on Netflix and it’s entirely possible a behind-the-scenes deal will secure its place on the service past that date. Nevertheless, you have been warned.”

While Rogue One is leaving, Solo: A Star Wars Story will be arriving on Netflix January 9, 2019.
Fans of Rogue One will get the opportunity to see Cassian Andor, played by Diego Luna, in his upcoming series to be released on Disney+. From When does the Cassian Andor series begin production?, “The Cassian Andor series is set to bring production in October 2019, according to Production Weekly, giving the pre-Rogue One series a likely 2020 debut.”
Until further details are released, one can only speculate what adventures Cassian will find himself in before the events of Rogue One. In the meantime, prepare the popcorn, and settle in to watch the story unfold of how the Rebellion stole the plans for the Death Star one last time.
