There have been some credible leaks, a lot of rumors, and even more speculation. But we’re going to take a look at the credible, plausible leaks and rumors that have surfaced for the finale of the Skywalker Saga.

The rumors range from new characters to small plot lines and minor details that show where J.J. Abrams might be headed.

Let’s take a look at the best Star Wars: Episode IX rumors and leaks currently out there (and maybe debunk another one).

The Knights of Ren

The Knights of Ren have been a point of contention for fans. Since The Force Awakens, we were promised an elite group of fighters that serve Kylo Ren. We’ve got merely a quick glimpse of them and nothing more.

Yet it seems Star Wars: Episode IX is going to change that. The rumors for the Knights of Ren have come from a number of different sources with just about every person in the film speculated to be connected to the group. We have no idea if any of it is true.

But, we do feel confident they will show up, and it helps to see a hooded figure in the leaked reference art that could easily be one of the Knights of Ren.

I’d be shocked if the Knights of Ren didn’t make it into Star Wars: Episode IX. There’s been too much chatter around them and this will finally give Abrams a chance to fulfill on something the fans have been waiting for.
