First-look trailer for The Bad Batch episode 8 is out now

Congratulations, Batchers, we’ve made it to the halfway point of The Bad Batch‘s 16-episode run and it has been quite a ride. The Bad Batch episode 8 Kicks us into the next leg of this journey and, we have to say, we can’t wait to see where the show takes us next!

Episode 7, “Battle Scars,” took the theory of the rest of the Batch falling prey to their inhibitor chips off the table. Though before it did, we were treated to a brainwashed Wrecker going as far as attacking his own team including Omega.

Thankfully, by the end of the episode, the chips were removed but that doesn’t mean this misfit crew is out of the woods yet. A scrapper spotted them and gave away their location to the Empire which means we’re in for a clash in episode 8.

Judging by the trailer, worlds are finally going to collide once again though the outcome is anyone’s guess.

Even if you couldn’t immediately pick out whose silhouette is emerging from the smoke, that voice is unmistakable. Crosshair is back in the fold! The last we saw of him, he’d returned from his mission in “Replacements,” having killed one of his subordinates and commanded the slaughter of innocents.

Our last shot of the brainwashed Batcher had been in the quarters he’d shared with the Batch which are now occupied by his new team members. Talk about a head trip! Now that he’s back, we can’t help but anticipate a reunion with his former crew.

We don’t know about you, but we’re holding out for Crosshair to return to his family. Fingers crossed, Batchers, because this show is nowhere near done with us yet!
