In-person comic conventions are slowly but surely making a comeback this year. And New York Comic Con has confirmed a special guest will be among their ranks this coming October.

None other than Hayden Christensen himself will be appearing at the comic con, and he’ll be there two days for any fans who want to come see him.

According to the official NYCC website, Christensen will be appearing on Saturday and Sunday of the convention (Oct. 9 and Oct. 10). There, he will be available for photo ops and autograph signings as well.

Tickets for NYCC have already sold out, as they went on sale back in July — and because of health and safety reasons, the con is operating at a limited capacity this year. Though, you can still request badges if they become available; you’ll just have to pay the new rate for the badge, which is about double the cost of tickets during the original sale.

Additionally, if you’re in the UK, Fantha Tracks notes that Hayden Christensen will also be at MCM Comic Con Birmingham on Nov. 13 and 14.

So, it is confirmed that Hayden Christensen will appear at NYCC this year. But we’re not sure right now if the actor will be appearing in any panels.

Of course, with the Obi-Wan Kenobi series on the horizon, this would be the perfect chance for Christensen to divulge any information. Although, it seems highly unlikely right now that there would be a specific panel at NYCC about Star Wars and any of its shows.

If Christensen were to appear, it would probably have to be during a Q&A with him. But at the same time, we’re sure there’s not much he can say about his experience returning as Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader for the series… unless Lucasfilm is fine with some of that information getting out.

If anything, Star Wars is likely saving its big announcements for November when Disney+ Day happens. This will be a showcase of all things to come on Disney+, so Obi-Wan Kenobi will surely have to be on the schedule — and we may get our first glimpse of Christensen on the set when that time comes.
