One of Skeleton Crew's greatest strengths, three episodes in, is its ability to unravel mysteries at just the right pace and frequency. We've gradually learned more about At Attin and why it's so strictly protected. We know there are myths of a treasure and that the planet's currency may have something to do with it. We also now know that Jude Law's character, Jod Na Nawood, has a very complicated backstory -- though just how complex, we're still unsure.

Jude Law obviously knows what we don't when it comes to his character's past and deepest secrets. He's dropping a few hints, however, about what that might look like -- and when we might find out the full extent of his story.

In a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, the actor hinted that the truth about Jod and his relationship with the Force won't be revealed just yet -- in fact, it seems to be a mystery viewers won't see resolved until the season is about to come to a close.

"That doesn't really come out until right near the end," Law clarified when asked about Jod's background as a Force user, "when you really get an insight into his backstory and why he may be a Force user and is Force-sensitive."

Jod has gone by many names in the past, a fact revealed in Episode 3 when several characters called him different things. Whether or not he can be trusted is one of the pending questions on all our minds at the moment. SM-33 clearly doesn't trust him and will prioritize the safety of his crew (the kids) over all else. The kids themselves are a bit skeptical, too -- especially now that they (and we) know that what they've assumed about him many not actually be the whole truth.

There are five episodes of Skeleton Crew left -- leaving plenty of time to continue on this adventure while also learning more about the show's main players. There are likely more small mysteries to untangle here -- and some bigger ones as well. Where did the starship come from? What else are At Attin's residents hiding -- and in the end, will Jod really do the right thing?
