A familiar face from the Marvel universe is making his way into the world of Star Wars. And he's going to do it with a pair of purple LEGO lightsabers in his hands.
Actor Dan Stevens, who famously played David Haller on FX's Legion, is set to lend his voice to the upcoming Disney+ animated show LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy—Pieces of the Past.
The new show, which launches on September 19, 2025, is the highly anticipated sequel to the animated series Rebuild the Galaxy. In this new, 4-part series, the scrambled world of the LEGO Star Wars universe is faced with a new menace: Solitus, the fallen Jedi.
LEGO and Star Wars fans alike will be excited about more than just the show: The Force Burner Snowspeeder LEGO kit will be available August 1, 2025. The 349-piece set includes a Snowspeeder with a flamed out paint job, a speeder bike, and three minis—Sib Greebling, Darth Dev, and the new Solicitus.
This Snowspeeder was made for the hot, not for Hoth.
Okay. That was bad.
But with "Rebuild the Galaxy's" fun mix-up of the traditional Star Wars universe, the first LEGO set was bound to be an equally fun mix-up of a beloved Star Wars ship.
Pieces of the Past is directed by Chris Buckley and continues the story of Sig Greebling, Force Builder in training. Familiar faces will return, such as Jedi Bob, Yesi Scala, and Servo. Even Sig's brother, Darth Dev, is back, teaming up with Sig and combining their once opposing powers of Force Building and Sith Breaking to stop the new threat presented by Solitus, who also happens to be Jedi Bob's former master.
Gaten Matarazzo, the voice behind Sig Greebling, explains why Sig and Darth Dev must find a way to work together.
["Solitus's goal is] obliterating...the universe, which is very, very high stakes, and kind of forces Dev and Sig to work together for the first time, which to Sig is very exciting."
Solitus won't be the only new face. Fans can look forward to seeing a BrickHeadz version of Ahsoka Tano with voice actor Ashley Eckstein returning. Ben Schwartz will also lend his vocal cords as Jaxxon the Lepi. Schwartz is no stranger to the Star Wars universe: he voiced TAY-0 in Star Wars: The Bad Batch.
Even better, we're getting a LEGO Star Wars first: an orange lightsaber at the request of Matarazzo.

Matarazzo is excited for the next chapter in this LEGO tale.
"I think I would describe Solitus kind of differently from the first season’s villain arc where Dev is presented as the big bad from the beginning, because there really isn't a tug of war between the good and the light with Solitus."
LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy—Pieces of the Past is sure to continue the exciting journey that the first started. Look for it on Disney+ September 19, 2025.
