Pedro Pascal gushed over "incredible" and "badass" Grogu merchandise in a heartwarming video for Father's Day. Pascal's video was filmed at Star Wars Celebration. In it, he's surrounded by Father's Day gift ideas, including a life-size Grogu, Darth Vader, and Din Djarin action figures.

The short video from Elite Daily serves as a reminder of how similar Pedro is to Din Djarin, as it's obvious he adores Grogu. He spent more time gushing over the Grogu toys and bragging about being the first one to meet him than he did on any of the toys for his character. Like the helmeted hero he plays on The Mandalorian, Pedro seemed drawn to the little green guy.

Aside from the Mandalorian merchandise, Pedro also took the time to check out the Darth Vader and Bantha toys. He said he wishes he had a Bantha when he was a kid and called it "unbelievable." While Pascal disapproved of Darth Vader's "Mando weapon" and hilariously asked if "there's a show I missed," he seemed thrilled to see Mando with the same weapon. After all, he's a Mandalorian, and weapons are part of his religion!

Pedro shared how happy he feels when he sees Grogu as a part of Christmas and Halloween decorations. It's obvious no one, not even fans, can adore Grogu more than Pedro Pascal and Din Djarin. Pascal has no issues sharing the spotlight with his incredibly popular and iconic co-star. We wonder if Grogu will join him to promote the movie next May.

Although this was a short video, it gives a glimpse of how much fun the promotion for The Mandalorian and Grogu will be for fans, thanks to Pedro's involvement. An exclusive image of the Din Djarin actor in the Mando suit was shown to fans at Star Wars Celebration in April and received the loudest cheers from fans.

Plot details remain scarce, although there are rumors of a gladiator-style fight that involves Rotta the Hutt. The Mandalorian and Grogu also stars Sigourney Weaver and Jeremy Allen White, but the rest of the cast remains a mystery. Production months ago, and fans at Star Wars Celebration 2025 were treated to behind-the-scenes pictures from the film, including shots of Din Djarin with Garazeb Orellios and Rotta the Hutt.

An exclusive clip showed Din Djarin taking out a cockpit full of Stormtroopers and Grogu swimming, but this clip hasn't been released officially. With just under a year left before the movie's release, fans are anxious to see official footage of Din and Grogu, but Disney may make them wait a little longer. The next possible event where footage could be shown is D23 at Disney's Colorado Springs Resort, which takes place from August 29 to August 31. However, it's doubtful Disney would release a trailer for the highly anticipated movie this soon.

The Mandalorian and Grogu premieres in theaters on May 22, 2026.
