The Acolyte Visual Guide by Pablo Hidalgo is still hald a year away from release, but a cover for the book has finally been revealed on the official Penguin Random House book listing. The book is set to be published by DK and will be released on June 17, 2025.

The guide, which was first revealed at San Diego Comic-Con's Lucasfilm Publishing panel in July 2024, is expected to be a collection of information about the Disney+ series that aired earlier this year. Like past Star Wars visual guides, it will pair images from the series with more in-depth looks at the series' characters, locations, and more.

The cover features the menacing "smiling" helmet of The Stranger -- the same one Osha tries on in the series' penultimate episode. But that's not all the cover on Penguin Random House's listing reveals. The guide, while written by Lucasfilm Story Group's Hidalgo, will also feature a forward by actor Amandla Stenberg -- who played Mae and Osha in The Acolyte.

As the star of the show and a longtime fan of a galaxy far, far away, Stenberg is the perfect author for this guide's forward. If it is officially confirmed that The Acolyte will not be releasing more episodes in the future, this could give the actor the opportunity to further express their love for the show and Star Wars as a whole.

Thankfully, this visual guide isn't all we're getting from publishing related to The Acolyte. There are also several novels in the pipeline, also announced at SDCC 2024, featuring key characters such as Vernestra Rwoh, Jecki Lon, and Yord Fandar. Whether or not story spinoffs of the show could continue -- even if the show doesn't -- is still up for speculation. Either way, Hidalgo's guide will have plenty of substance to hold us over while we wait.

The Acolyte Visual Guide by Pablo Hidalgo will release on June 17, 2025.
