There is little to compare with the experience of listening to John Williams’s scores for the first six Star Wars films. And on January 8th, 2016, fans around the world will be able to have the ultimate listening experience when Sony releases Ultimate Editions of the soundtracks of Episodes I-VI.

There will be three Ultimate Star Wars music collections: Star Wars: The Ultimate Vinyl Collection, Star Wars: The Ultimate Soundtrack Edition, and Star Wars: The Ultimate Digital Collection. So whether you’re a fan of collecting records and/or CDs, or purely a digital listener, there’s a way for everyone to listen to these amazing scores.

"Star Wars: The Ultimate Vinyl Collection includes each of the six film soundtracks in deluxe gatefold sleeves faithfully replicating the original artwork.Star Wars: The Ultimate Soundtrack Edition includes the original six soundtracks in mini-album jackets, plus a bonus CD featuring audio interviews with Harrison Ford and John Williams. I don’t currently own all the soundtracks to Star Wars. Let’s be honest, it can be expensive to buy a whole album, digitally or physically. But with all of the saga scores being released as an array of convenient collections, together with great special features, I think I’m going to have to save my credits!
