Watch An All-New Rogue One Television Spot: “Together”
Lucasfilm has released an all-new Rogue One television spot featuring a few new scenes from the upcoming standalone Star Wars film, the TV spot is titled “Together” and it’s pretty exciting….
39 days remain until Lucasfilm unveils the very first standalone Star Wars film, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, in theaters worldwide, on December 16. Previously, we put all the Rogue One trailers in once convenient place for you to peruse at your leisure so that you wouldn’t have to skip around the internet looking for which one came in what order. Well, now, thanks to Lucasfilm, we’ve got a new one to add to that list.
On Sunday, Lucasfilm added a Rogue One television spot to their marketing push that will make your already excited hairs stand on end. It’s titled “Together,” and if you weren’t excited for Rogue One, then this should do the trick. Check it out:
As you can see, there are a couple of shots — like the U-Wings flying in attack formation at the Empire’s AT-ACT squadron on Scarif that seems to be taken from that Gillette commercial that was released last week. Regardless, it is still an amazing scene.
From Lucasfilm comes the first of the Star Wars standalone films, “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story,” an all-new epic adventure. In a time of conflict, a group of unlikely heroes band together on a mission to steal the plans to the Death Star, the Empire’s ultimate weapon of destruction. This key event in the Star Wars timeline brings together ordinary people who choose to do extraordinary things, and in doing so, become part of something greater than themselves. In theaters December 2016
