Where to start with all of this. Let’s kick it off with Rey, where her card titles both reveal much about her path in the film, with the Skywalker lightsaber now her’s, as well as a time of solitude. Could it be a cave-like vision that we saw with Luke in The Empire Strikes Back?

More from Dork Side of the Force

Next, there’s the hero of the Original Trilogy, Luke Skywalker, now jaded a Jedi Master in exile, where he will apparently deal with his demons of the past and now has a grim look on life.

The First Order and the Resistance will be fighting for power, in what appears to be many small conflicts, with an epic concluding space battle in what should be winner takes all stakes.

Then there’s the torn (former) Ben Solo, now Kylo Ren, whose fury will be unleashed, but towards whom? Snoke? Rey and Finn? Luke? Maybe all of the above?

Last and certainly not least, there’s the Topps “Heroes United” card. This could certainly be a reunion of Finn and Rey, which is highly likely. However, could it be hinting what we’ve all been waiting on for over 30 years now? A Luke and Leia reunion? I’m getting chills just thinking of the possibility of the film ending with the Skywalker twins embracing. What a way to send our Princess, Carrie Fisher off, with a scene where she and Hamill create the ultimate feels experience and a  floodgate of tears in theaters across the globe.
