LEGO sets for Solo: A Star Wars Story reveal character names and other details for the upcoming film.

Star Wars toys seem to always come through in the clutch — depending on your (certain) point of view — providing juicy details for fans of a galaxy far, far away earlier than expected. Solo: A Star Wars Story is no different, with the LEGO set for the film coming through in a tremendous way for those wanting information on the Solo movie.

Outside of Ron Howard and his gracious access via social media, we no next to nothing about the film — with a trailer for Solo still yet to drop. However, thanks to LEGO, we now have more character name confirmations and other details for Solo: A Star Wars Story. If you want to avoid this information for the time being, here’s your friendly warning.

Before we dive in head first with the Solo character names, LEGO‘s provided us with more exciting confirmation via their new toy set names:

  • Imperial Patrol Battle Pack
  • Han Solo Landspeeder
  • Landspeeder
  • Imperial TIE Fighter
  • Kessel Run Millenium Falcon

The last title may have caught your eye, confirming what we all were expecting — seeing Han Solo make that famous Kessel Run in 14 parsecs, I mean less than 12 parsecs. How that plays out in the film is anyone’s guess, but likely that’s how Chewbacca owes a life debt to Solo while escaping from that Wookiee slave colony planet.

More from Dork Side of the Force

More reveals for Solo: A Star Wars Story are quite intriguing, to say the least, and will no doubt get you excited for the upcoming film.

  • Emilia Clarke: Qi’Ra
  • Woody Harrelson: Tobias (Beckett)
  • Mimbam (planet) will be shown
  • The homeworld of Han Solo — Corellia — will be showcased
  • Both Han and (Tobias) Beckett will go undercover as Imperials
  • The bounty hunter, Zuckuss, from The Empire Strikes Back was in the LEGO set
  • A Death Star trooper was also present in the collection — could this mean an appearance from the Death Star itself?

If these tidbits of information don’t get you excited for Solo, nothing else will. Okay, maybe a trailer will — which is due to drop at any time.
