Strap yourselves in and hold on tight because The Last Jedi star John Boyega is predicting “all-out war” in Star Wars: Episode IX…

In a recent interview conducted at Awesome Con with The Resistance Broadcast, Star Wars: The Last Jedi star, John Boyega, talked about all things Star Wars. Finn is such a loveable character and a welcome addition to the Star Wars universe.

Finn’s character development is one of my favorite things about The Force Awakens, and I love what they’ve done with the friendship between him and Rey.

Amongst other things, The Resistance Broadcast asked Boyega what he thinks will happen in the upcoming installment this most recent Star Wars Trilogy. Though he says he has not read the script yet, he is predicting that this next film will be all out war.

I would tend to agree with this assessment. This fight between the First Order and the Resistance is going to come to a head in this next film. As the last film in this series and the end of this particular storyline centered on the Skywalker clan, there is going to have to be some sort of galactic resolution of this situation.

I expect we will see some fast-paced, epic-in-scale battle scenes in this next film. According to Boyega, filming for Episode IX will begin July, and the actors officially provided with notes to begin training. (Speaking of which, training for these movies looks intense! I’ve watched some of Daisy Ridley’s training videos and man is she a beast. I get really tired just watching her.)

Well, I for one cannot wait for this next movie to hit the theaters. If this is going to be the end of an era, it had better be the most epic film in the entire series!
