Star Wars: Episode IX theories confirmed thanks to the teaser trailer

Kylo barely featured in the trailer, but when he did, he gave us plenty. Because Kylo’s brief appearances didn’t just confirm one theory, but two. We’ll talk about the moment in the trailer fans have been talking about most of all first, the moment where Kylo showed up like a badass.

This tiny glimpse into this scene is pretty impressive, although it has left me wondering why Kylo is fighting the Knights of Ren, but that is a conversation for another day. This scene however was predicted a while ago, after a leak emerged online.

This leak led to the theory of a badass scene with involving Kylo Ren using brutal moves and the trailer officially confirmed just that.

Kylo Ren’s new helmet

The other snippet in the teaser involving Kylo which confirmed a theory was the snippet of Kylo’s new helmet. A helmet we last saw in The Last Jedi after Kylo crushed it in an elevator.

We never thought we would see the helmet again, considering how smashed up Kylo left it, but a theory emerged that we would. It detailed how the helmet would be repaired, leaving red, scar like, marks across it where the broken pieces had been put together. Giving a Darth Maul style look.

The teaser trailer confirmed this would definitely be the case and Kylo would be sporting a new look.
