Is Star Wars: The Bad Batch new this week, June 4?

Star Wars’ latest animated series The Bad Batch has brought back the fan-favorite titular group from The Clone Wars, otherwise known as Clone Force 99, and introduced us to the now-beloved character of Omega. Week after week, the show has dropped new revelations and awesome action scenes for fans of a galaxy far, far away, and we’re always counting down the days until the next episode is released.

Last week, in The Bad Batch episode 5, titled “Rampage,” the crew headed out to the planet Ord Mantell in search of answers about Omega. We previously learned that bounty hunter Fennec Shand was after the seemingly innocent child, and now Hunter and the guys are on a mission to find out why that is. We were introduced to a new character named Cid, who agreed to help the Bad Batch out if they did something for her in exchange.

Similar to Din Djarin in The Mandalorian, the Bad Batch get themselves into sticky situations every episode and chaos inevitably ensues, leaving us on the edge of our seats to see what will happen in the next installment. So when can we expect The Bad Batch episode 6 to debut? Is there a new episode this week?

When is the next episode of The Bad Batch?

Luckily for us, we won’t have to wait long to get the next episode of Star Wars: The Bad Batch. Episode 6 will be released on Disney+ this Friday, June 4, at its usual time of 12:01 a.m. PT / 3:01 a.m. ET.

The premiere season of the animated show is slated for 16 episodes total, which means if we don’t have any breaks in the schedule, the finale should be released on Friday, August 13. We’ll keep you updated once we get confirmation on that, though.
