Skeleton Crew's premiere should be considered a huge success, as it's led to speculation and fan theories about what's next.

The first two episodes left fans with several important questions about the locations, characters, and circumstances that led them to where they were. Here are some of the biggest questions we have about Skeleton Crew so far:

What happened to Aldhani?

This doesn't have to do with Skeleton Crew as much as it has to do with Andor, but the planet where Cassian Andor performed his first heist as a future Rebel Captain, likely suffered as a result. SM 33 reveals that Aldhani is a "sulfurous bog world," far from what it was like in Andor, which raises questions about what the Empire did to it in the aftermath of the Aldhani heist, and indicates the fate of the native Aldhani people is likely to have been tragic.

When did At Attin disappear?

At Attin is considered a legend and pirate folklore in Skeleton Crew, and is believed to be home to eternal treasure. However, no one believes it's a real place or knows its coordinates. The planet is real, and so are the people living there. When did it fall off the map, what circumstances led to its apparent disappearance, and why has the government barred any ships from leaving or entering it?

What year is it on At Attin?

Are the people of At Attin living in the post-Empire New Republic era like the rest of the galaxy, or do they still believe that the Galactic Republic exists? Does anyone on that planet know about Emperor Palpatine? The kids may have grown up thinking they live in a different era and they'll likely discover what happened to the Old Republic, the Jedi, and the whole galaxy during the last 30 to 40 years later in the series, but they might not like the truth.

Was the Nebula used to hide At Attin during the Galactic Civil War?

The planet of At Attin is a myth, so this likely means that they weren't on anybody's radar during the reign of the Empire. Did At Attin manage to avoid the conflict between the Republic and Separatists and the rise and fall of the Empire because they were hidden? It's mind-boggling to imagine a planet remaining unscathed despite the tumultuous events of the last 3 or 4 decades in the galaxy, but Skeleton Crew creates intriguing possibilities.

Is Jod Na Nawood a Jedi?

Nawood's past is a big mystery that won't be revealed until later in the series, but he doesn't seem like someone who was raised at the Jedi Temple. He may be Force-sensitive, but it seems too easy to make him yet another survivor of Order 66. It would be cool if it's revealed that Nawood belongs to a different galaxy, and doesn't adhere to Jedi and Sith beliefs of wielding the force.

How will the kids return home?

With no coordinates to their home planet, and no one who believes in its existence, how will Wim, Neel, Fern, and KB return home? Will their parents have to break the rules and travel beyond their home planet to find their kids, or will Jod help them? Of course, Jod's intentions towards them are largely a mystery, so who knows if he'll help them? The treasure hunt may be the key that leads the kids back to At Attin.

Skeleton Crew is streaming on Disney+. The third episode drops on Tuesday night at 9:00 p.m. ET.
