Oscar Isaac & BB-8 Want You To Show Your Force (For Change)

Oscar Isaac and his faithful droid, BB-8, want you to donate to Force For Change for the chance to win a signed Sphero BB-8 and a tour of Lucasfilm.

Star Wars: Force For Change recruited Oscar Isaac and BB-8 to tell fans about the awesome prize packs donors are eligible to win this week. Among them are a signed Sphero BB-8 (not BB-8 himself, much to his relief) for the first four people to donate or raise $500 for the American Red Cross, The Boys and Girls Clubs of America, the Make A Wish Foundation, and/or Unicef; and, for the highest donors of the week, a chance to win a tour of Lucasfilm and a screening of their favorite Star Wars movie.

But don’t take our word for it. Get all the details from Oscar and BB-8 by watching the video below.

Star Wars: Force For Change has been pushing their campaign with celebrity announcements and awesome weekly prizes throughout the month of April. The campaign ends, appropriately, on May 4th, but we kind of don’t want it to; seeing our favorite celebrities, old and new, come together to promote a great cause which raised over $10,000,000 for Unicef last year makes you proud to be a Star Wars fan.

More from Dork Side of the Force

Be sure and watch the other two Force For Change videos from earlier this month: the first one with Mark Hamill and Kathleen Kennedy, and the second with Rogue One starlet Felicity Jones.

I like to think of which Star Wars movie I would watch at Lucasfilm if I won that tour prize (which I won’t, sadly, because I don’t have the kind of money one would need to donate to get that). At this moment I might choose Return of the Jedi, partly because Oscar Isaac and BB-8’s video has the music from that film in my head now. It also has one of the most epic scenes in Star Wars history, Anakin Skywalker’s redemption. But I might also watch The Phantom Menace; it’s one of my favorites, and I bet the podrace scene would sound awesome on a big screen.
