The cast of Star Wars: The Last Jedi is going to be on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, tonight!

Star Wars: The Last Jedi is now two weeks away — let that sink in for just a moment.

The journey leading up to it has included appearances on Good Morning America, within magazines, breaking social media and the Internet in the process.

The next stop on their “world tour” is the Jimmy Kimmel Live! show on ABC.

All of the heavy hitters will be there — Daisy Ridley, Mark Hamill, Adam Driver, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Gwendoline Christie, and writer/director for The Last Jedi, Rian Johnson.

Faces new to the Star Wars galaxy — Laura Dern and Kelly Marie Tran — will join the party as well, which should be a blast for them and the fans.

Rian Johnson did not hide his delight, responding to the Jimmy Kimmel Live! Twitter account.

His reaction makes me entirely confident and even more excited for The Last Jedi. The fact there has been no drama surfacing from on set of the film, like other recent Star Wars projects — we are looking at you Solo: A Star Wars Story — is a great sign. Not to mention he was given a whole new trilogy to create.

Rian Johnson’s excitement displays a subtle confidence in his film, as well as his gratefulness of being part of a galaxy far, far away.

Mr. Johnson, you should feel excited, so let all of your joy out, for the world to see. We are as fired up as you, and I can speak on behalf of real Star Wars fans, saying, that we are looking forward to it.

More from Dork Side of the Force

  • Gwendoline Christie as Captain Phasma
  • Benicio Del Toro as D.J.
