If you need more Andor Season 2 content before the Star Wars Celebration next month, you're in luck with Disney+'s exclusive sneak peek at the upcoming season.
The 2-minute clip is available on YouTube and packed with so much in such a short time. It differs from the show's official trailer and gives a better sense of what's on the line in Season 2. It begins with a woman calling for help on the emergency broadcast system, and she warns "Imperial ships are already landing." This ominous warning sets the tone, and what follows are shots of stormtroopers gathered, Mon Mothma on Coruscant, and Cassian on the roof of a building with a large sniper rifle in hand.
Cassian dons multiple looks, and one of the highlights is his famous line from Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, "Everything I did, I did for the Rebellion" in the background right before shots of Yavin 4. We get to see Brasso on a speeder on what appears to be a planet similar to Lothal. In the background, Tony Gilroy discusses multiple Rebel uprisings simultaneously across the Galaxy, with the challenge of bringing them all together, which is what this season attempts to do.
The clip highlights the incredible cinematography of Season 2, and we get to see many new clips that showcase the top-notch camera work for this season, which Genevieve O'Reilly calls the "juggernaut". The video includes new shots of Saw Gerrera, Deedra Meero, Luthen Rael, and the TIE defender. There are a few short clips of Mon Mothma walking side by side with her alien friends, (or enemies), and a mob of Rebels gathered as a TIE fighter flies overhead.
This featurette highlights Season 2's eye-catching costumes, which are a step up from last season. There are intimate moments between Bix Caleen and Cassian Andor, as Adria Arjona describes the season as "Human" and "incredibly truthful." It ends with shots of Director Orson Krennic and Mon Mothma warning that "if we do not stand together, we will be crushed."
Along with the special look, Disney released a second poster for Andor Season 2.

This sneak peek has everything fans wanted from the show's official trailer, which went more for the typical Hollywood action thriller vibes, with a background song that reminds us of our world. This clip, without question, gives the Rebellion and Rogue One feels we expect from Season 2. The cinematic scale of filmmaking is evident, the incredible camera work and costumes are surefire highlights to expect from the show. There's also much more of Cassian Andor, which bodes well for Season 2, which should focus on Cassian's rise to an accomplished Alliance Intelligence Officer.
